Registration
The deadline for registration has now passed (17 May). Registration will remain open while there are spaces available, but banquet and T-shirt options are no longer available.
The conference offers two registration categories:
- Standard: 4500 SEK. This applies to most participants.
- Reduced: 3500 SEK. For students, including PhD students, and unemployed.
The registration fee above applies to payments received by 17th May 2024.
Early registration closed on 17th April.
In order to register, please complete the following steps:
- Complete the registration form.
- Calculate your registration fee and booking reference from the table below.
- Proceed to the conference payment system and make the corresponding payment. Insert your booking reference under additional infomation.
Please note that registration is only complete once payment has been received. In case of difficulties, contact info@lc2024.se.

The following table lists all conference fees. Prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include standard value-added tax. If you would like to order additional seats at the banquet, please contact the conference organisers at info@lc2024.se.
Note, the tax-free registration fee applies only to employees of Swedish state universities. For information see https://medarbetarportalen.gu.se/ekonomi/redovisa/moms.
